Registration

I am an ASTD member; how much does it cost for me to register for ASTD 2008 as part of an international delegation?
Registration is US$800 for ASTD members who register with an international delegation.

I am not an ASTD member; how much does it cost for me to register for ASTD 2008 as part of an international delegation?
Registration is US$1,100 for non-ASTD members who register with an international delegation.

Can I apply for membership now to receive the member rate on my registration?
Yes, if you apply for e-membership at a cost of $169, you can register for ASTD 2008 at the ASTD member rate.

What is included in the full conference registration?
With a full conference registration, you may attend the General Sessions, the Educational Sessions, and the EXPO.

Is the ASTD Celebration included in my full conference registration?
No, the ASTD Celebration is not included in the full conference registration; a ticket to the Celebration may be purchased in advance for an additional $50 (or onsite for an additional $80).

Will my conference badge be mailed to me?
No; when you arrive at the Convention Center, please check in at the international desk to receive your conference badge.

Does ASTD provide a shuttle from the airport to my hotel?
No, there is no ASTD shuttle from the airport; however, many hotels have their own shuttles that pick guests up at the airport.

Does ASTD provide a shuttle from my hotel to the Convention Center?
ASTD provides shuttle service to the Convention Center from any of the ASTD recommended hotels. Information on recommended hotels can be found at here.
If you are staying at another hotel, you may take the shuttle from any of the ASTD recommended hotels.
